How soon must I cancel my appoinment?

Customers may cancel appointments at any moment with zero cancellation fees or additonal charges. All we ask is if you could please notify us right away when requesting to cancel or reschedule.

Do I need to provide any equipment to the cleaning staff?

No, our staff arrive to your home with all of the equipment and chemicals ready to complete the service. If you have a prefrence of chemical or equipment you wish for us to use all we ask is if you could proivde it.

Does Below the Broom Clean Windows?

Unfortunately, we do not clean exterior windows although we do clean interior windows that do not require a step ladder to reach.

Where are you located?

We offer house cleaning services in Penticton and Kelowna BC.

How do I pay?

Once the cleaning service is completed an invoice will be directly emailed to you and you can complete payment online with credit card, debit card or bank statement.
